• Booking data: Details of your transport bookings, including origin/destination, package information, and booking status.

We share your name and contact information with the transporter assigned to your booking solely for the purpose of fulfilling your transport request. We do not sell your personal data. We use Resend (email delivery) and Supabase (database hosting) as data processors, both operating under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data (available in your profile settings)

6. Limitation of Liability

Twsila acts as a platform connecting users with independent transporters. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by transporters. Disputes between users and transporters should be resolved directly between the parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via your profile settings. Guest booking data is retained for 90 days after booking completion.
