1. About Twsila

Twsila GmbH operates twsila.online, a platform that connects individuals and businesses in Europe with transporters offering package delivery services to and from Morocco. By using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

When creating an account you agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Security: Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Booking Rules

When making a booking you agree that:

• All package information provided is accurate and complete
• You will not book transport for prohibited or illegal items
• You will honour cancellation policies set by the transporter
• Guest booking data (name and email) will be shared with the transporter

4. Transporter Rules

Transporters registered on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate service descriptions, routes, and availability
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Fulfil confirmed bookings with reasonable care
• Comply with all applicable transport regulations and customs requirements

5. Payments

Twsila is a booking platform. Payment arrangements are made directly between users and transporters. Twsila does not currently process payments on behalf of either party.

6. Limitation of Liability

Twsila provides a platform to connect users and transporters. We are not a party to the transport contract and accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, or any other issue arising from the transport service itself. Our total liability to you shall not exceed €100.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
